When will I receive my pre-ordered item?

You can find an estimated ship time in red text at the top of pre-order item product descriptions. Pre-order ship time estimates are usually accurate within a 2 week range. Like many other business we have experienced a lot of supply chain issues this year and do our best to ship them out as soon as possible!

Can I cancel or change my order?

*We do not accept cancellations on Pre-Orders.

Due to our dedication to a fast turn around time and limited staff we can not guarantee we will be able to cancel or change your order. If you email us a request to cancel, change the items on the order or modify your shipping information it might not be seen until after an order is already processed.

How can I find out when something will be back in stock?

You can sign up for a back in stock alert on the product page. This also lets us know what products or designs you want to see back. You can also stay informed by signing up for our newsletter. You can find the sign-up form for this on the bottom left-hand corner of this page. We email about once a week with updates on new products, when things are back in stock and other relevant information.

How often do you release new patterns?

New patterns typically are available in late Winter (February), early to mid Summer and mid to late Fall. Sometimes we have surprise releases in between.

I received my item with a defect or an item is missing or broken in my order! What can be done?

Please email us within 30 days so we can review the issue and determine whether a refund, replacement or repair is the best solution. We require images or video of the defective item.

Do you have a guarantee on your products?

We do not offer a guarantee on our products beyond the 30 day return window but if you have a defect please contact us so we can review the issue and determine whether a refund, replacement or repair is the best solution. After 6 months of use we do not offer refunds or replacements.

USPS lost or damaged my package. What can be done?

We offer insurance as an add on option at checkout. If you purchased insurance email us at howdy@sipseywilder.com within 14 days of the order not arriving or arriving damaged. We observe a 2 week period from the date of expected delivery before replacing any missing orders since we have found 99% of the time the package is discovered or arrives late. After this 2 weeks we will resend any insured orders. If your order is damaged email us pictures and information and we will either replace or partially refund the damaged items.

If you do not add shipment insurance to your order any mis-delivered, lost or damaged packages that weren't insured will not be replaced or refunded. You can contact us and we can help you file a missing package inquiry with the shipping carrier or you can do this on your own. We hope you understand this policy. As a small business we can not afford to cover the costs of thieves or mistakes made by shipping carriers. We strongly encourage securing your shipments by adding insurance at checkout!

How do the different waist bags compare by size and capacity?

Here is a quick visual size comparison. The Ranger Hip Pack is the largest. The Hip Bag, Fanny Pack & 3-in-1 Bag have similar capacities. The Lux Hip Pouch is a little smaller. How do the different crossbody bags compare by size and capacity?

The large size Venture Tote includes a crossbody strap and we know from experience that it can hold a laptop, a book or two, wallet, organizer pouch, phone, keys, hand sanitizer, water bottle, ten masks, seven pens, a bottle of Advil, three pairs of sunglasses, and enough snacks to keep you busy on a long flight or road trip (point is - it holds a lot of stuff). The Sidetrack Crossbody is a medium-sized bag perfect for daily use or wandering around exploring a new city on foot, with room for most tablets, a wallet, phone, keys, a small water bottle, etc. The 3-in-1 Bag, which can be worn as a crossbody, is smaller and designed to hold your phone and a few essentials like keys and a wallet. The Snapshot Crossbody is similar in size to the 3-in-1 but with a slimmer profile so less capacity. Which bags are water resistant?

Our most water resistant bag is the Ranger Hip Pack, which features waterproof zippers and is made with 100% recycled polyester. Several of our other bags are also made with the same water-resistant recycled polyester - the pocket belt, some of the hip bags, and some of the 3-in-1 bags (canvas options are not water resistant). The Venture Wallet is made of a coated canvas that also offers some water resistance.

Which bags have card slots?

Our Venture Wallet, Bifold Wallet, Snap Wallet, and Slim Card Wallet all have card slots.

Where are your products made?

We have relationships with two manufacturers in China we trust to make our beautiful bags & wallets. They are very good to us, allowing a small business like ours to do small batches of multiple print items as we grow our business. Both of these manufacturers are long-standing professionals in the bag making industry and have good reputations for upholding ethical policies in the workplace. We have not been able to find a manufacturer stateside willing to do the small batches of multiple prints that we require despite the interest in having our products made in the USA.

Our stickers, pins and patches are made in the USA.

We also sell a few fair trade products made by artisans around the globe.

Where do you get your designs for the fabric?

Most of the artwork and fabric designs come from the creator and owner of Sipsey Wilder, Kelly Lambert. We have a few collaborations with other artists and hope to feature the artwork of more collaborators in the future.
